Privacy
Updated 14 October 2026
Short version: you tell us who you are so we can talk about a demo. We use it for that, keep it no longer than a year, and delete it whenever you ask.
Who is responsible
Unidot is not a company yet. The person responsible for your data (the controller under the GDPR) is Emilis Šimanskis, Lithuania. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.
What we collect and why
- The demo form: your name, company, e-mail, and, if you give them, phone, how many faces you run and your message. We use them only to arrange and hold the demo and to follow up on it.
- E-mails to hello@ or [email protected]: what you write and your address, to answer you.
- Against spam: a one-way hash of your IP address is kept with a form request, so the same address cannot send more than five an hour. We cannot turn it back into your IP.
The legal basis is your request: you ask us to contact you before any agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data, send newsletters or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, has no analytics and loads nothing from other websites; fonts and videos come from unidot.app itself.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores form requests and forwards e-mail to us.
- Google (Gmail) is where those e-mails arrive.
Both may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission treats as adequate protection.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact if we do not start working together, then we delete it. If we do, it becomes part of that agreement and its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to [email protected]; we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
